Radio frequency is a type of energy that has been scientifically proven to promote collagen remodeling. Microneedling is a technique of creating tiny puncture wounds in the superficial dermis to stimulate an increase in the production of collagen, elastin, and new skin cells. Both Morpheus 8 & Fractora combine the two, delivering the thermal energy of RF waves to deeper layers of tissue via adjustable microneedles. Ultimately micro needling with RF effects both the epidermis and dermis for maximum results.
Morpheus 8
Morpheus 8 is a new sub-dermal adipose remodeling device that fractionally remodels and contours face and body. Penetrating deep into the skin and fat this morphs the aging appearance for ALL skin tones. Diminishes and addresses superficial tissue; it direct energy toward adipose fat that is notorious for creating jowls, bra rolls, etc.
Fractora
Fractora is the most advanced fractional radio-frequency treatment providing anti-aging improvements on the skin tone and texture for a more radiant appearance through ablation and skin resurfacing. Fractora can be used in areas that demonstrate fine or deep wrinkles, scars or discolored red and brown skin tones.

Is Microneedling with RF painful?
It is important to us that our patients have access to the treatments they want without the fear of intolerable discomfort. Treatments are conducted after a topical anesthetic has been applied to the skin. Within approximately 45 mins the cream desensitizes epidermal nerve endings to reduce the sensations from RF to mild heat. This also significantly reduces or eliminates the sensation of the Microneedles passing over the skin.
Who is a candidate?
This minimally invasive procedure may be ideal for you if you wish to reduce the appearance of acne scars, poor texture, deep lines/creases, mild sagging or jowls, enlarged pores and stretch marks, great for all skin types and tones.
Side Effects/Downtime?
Side effects may include transient redness and swelling. It is possible some patients may experience temporary bruising. The microneedling aspect of the treatment may leave tiny pinpoints/grids that can crust and flake off. Mild tenderness or soreness may result from absorption of energy and can be managed with OTC pain medication. Our team will discuss the side effects you might experience during your consultation and decision regarding the extent of your treatment plan.
How many treatments needed?
Optimal results may be achieved in as little as one or through a series of treatments conducted over a period of several weeks. We can make an accurate estimate of treatment outcome based on the condition of your skin.

Conservative treatment patients who are interested in achieving tighter, smoother skin but prefer to do it without surgery and its risks are ideal candidates for the latest RF treatments as well as surgery facelift maintenance individuals. If you’ve undergone facelift surgery, generally you want to establish good habits to maintain their results. RF treatments may be an integral aspect of ongoing care.
