This patient presented with chief concern related to chronic nasal obstruction. Despite prior septoplasty by an ENT surgeon, she continues to have nasal obstruction limiting her quality of life. She also wished to improve the appearance of her nose at the same time. Her cosmetic concerns were large nose with over-projected and under-rotated, bulbous nasal tip, and wide bony vault with small hump. In addition to subtle improvement of the appearance, patient reports significant improvement in quality of life after the procedure.
