This patient presented with laxity of eyelid skin, deep wrinkles, and bags under her eyes making her look tired and older than her actual age. Upper and lower eyelid surgeries were performed to restore her youthful eye appearance. Staged laser resurfacing treatment to further improved her deep skin wrinkles. The pictures on the right are taken 6 months after the procedures.
